FAQs

Are your fragrances genuine?

Absolutely.

Our distributor receives stock which may be ex-display or a customer return, which gives us the opportunity to re-sell these fragrances, perfectly fine and are in working order.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, you can try and cancel your order. Please send an email to customerservice@scent-outlet.co.uk where we will be happy to help.

How do I change my Address?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to your address.

What happens if I am not in when my order arrives?

If you’re not in when we attempt delivery you may find that your item has been left with a neighbour instead of being returned to the local delivery office

Who will be delivering my order?

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries as we believe in using reliable couriers with experience.  In all cases, they should arrive within the estimated time for the delivery service chosen at check out.

How do I return?

My order is damaged - what do I need to do?

Products sold on this website may be Store Returns (1), Box Slightly Damaged (2), Ex Display / Security Tagged / Labelled (3) and subject to manufacturing error (i.e. box printed incorrectly) (4) Unboxed (5).

Where 1-5 applies, they will be reflected in the price. The products sold on our site are 100% genuine products, however, no warranty/guarantee of any kind whatsoever is made in relation to 1 – 5 above and returns will not be accepted on this basis specifically. For any other returns please see our returns policy in our terms and conditions.

Scent-Outlet is by no means affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or supported by any of the brands whose products we supply.

I am missing an item from my order – what do I do?

This needs to be reported to our customer service team within 72 hours of receipt of your parcel, you must ensure that you keep all the packaging as you may be asked to return it.

I’ve changed my mind - can I return an item?

Return of unwanted items is at our discretion and we'll only consider returns on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all tags and/or packaging. 

Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the delivery cost and ensuring that the goods arrive in perfect condition. 

We suggest you send them via a delivery service that requires a signature, such as recorded or special delivery. To return an item, please obtain an RMA (returns) number by sending an email to customerservice@scent-outlet.co.uk where we will be happy to help.

How do I return an item that is faulty?
